Appointments must be canceled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Appointments made, changed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. If we cannot reach the client, or the client is not at the specified location and/or cannot be serviced for any reason, we reserve the right to:
- Abbreviate services
- Cancel the appointment after a 15 minute grace period and bill for the full amount of the services reserved
